岗位名称：Senior Officer, Solvency Capital & Reinsurer team 工作地点：Shanghai
The Capital Management team has the mandate to play a leadership role in the identification and assessment of capital related risks to support the company's business strategies and financial objectives.
工作职责：
Fully responsible for local regulatory capital reporting such as C-ROSS solvency, annual solvency stress testing and any other capital & solvency related matters； Fully responsible for the C-ROSS Phase 2 development as well as the industry testing; Closely work with Regional Capital management for any capital related items including DCAT, Capital Plan, Quarterly Capital Analysis as well as the Solvency Early Warning Tests； Build and maintain Axis actuarial models on both liability and asset calculation； Help management team propose annual capital remittances to shareholders； Work effectively with different departments within the company such as investment, risk and pricing to quantify potential capital impact under different scenarios, such as investment strategy proposal and new product developing strategy； Actively find solutions reducing cost of capital improving financials such as NBV, EV and ALM； Work with global CALM (Canadian Asset Liability Method) team review C-IFRS reserve and optimize CALM yield enhancing C-IFRS earnings.
职位要求：
3-5 years of relevant experience in actuarial reporting, valuation, or modeling； Major in Actuarial Science, Math and Stats； Proficient English language skills and strong communication skills, fast learner, good work attitude and willing to take ownership； Strong SQL skills preferred, Actuarial modeling skill is a plus.
